Zelda and Aleira walked on Route One, Ember being draped across Zelda's head like a hat. Doesn't it get uncomfortable up there? Aleira asked Ember, who shrugged.

They exploded on the spot and another Shadow ball bursted through the explosion.

Aleira was already up in the air. The Espeon fired an Ice Beam and froze the bushes surrounding the area the Shadow Ball had launched from.

a small ember erupted from the tree.

Aleira quickly doused the ember with a blast of water. Her eyes glowed and spires of ice shot from the ground, meeting twenty feet above the ground and quickly forming into a protective barrier around the clearing...or a cage.

Aleira's eyes glowed again, and a jet of water shot at the shield, melting it enough for the shape to plummet through.

Aleira twitched her tail irritably and with one swift movement, pinned the Eevee to the ground by its wings. Now, what are you doing following us and attacking? Aleira asked it. Zelda and Ember came over and Ember cried in surprise, <It's my brother!>
((I'm assuming the Eevee's a boy, because Demon would just be outnumbered otherwise. XDD))

<Who's Demon?> Aleira asked, puzzled. She stepped off the Eevee's wings, watching in case he made any sudden moves.
<Demon's our older brother,> Ember explained. <He evolved recently and is now an Umbreon with dragon wings and Ninetales tails.>
"How many brother and sisters do you have?" Zelda asked.
<Five kids in the family,> Ember shrugged.
