Buyers and sellers are all needed! Make up your very own 'animal'. I have no objections whatsoever as long as it isnt obscene, and oh yeah, same rulesas other boards.
Will post intro when someone comes.

The unicorn sighed, it was a black female with a silver horn and red eyes...cursed and being sold for 1,000 gold. Next to it was a silver phoenix in the middle of it's life span, quite beautiful at this point. It was being sold for 3,000 gold. A woman in a silver cloak was putting the sign on the phoenix's cage. It was Stella, magical creature extroidinair.

There was what appeared to be a cheetah cub, except for the fact that it had wings and it was white with dark blue spots and blue eyes. It was only a cub, taken away from her mother, and was being sold for 750 gold, since she was so young. A buyer came in, by the name of Silver, and looked at all the animals- a few horse/unicorn/pegasus mixes for 1500 gold, a few flying jaguars for 1000 gold, and the silver phoenix, black unicorn, and baby cheeatch-looking cub. He decided on the flying jaguar, just as another buyer came in, and another, and yet another. It was early morning, so he went to the buy a creature place now.(Erm, hate to say it, but.....Ive never rped past the point of buying... )Shadow waited patiently, as the place was now getting very crowded.

The black unicorn looked sadly at the phoenix then at the cub. ~We have to get out of here.~ "I know....but we can't." the silver phoenix replied. Then Stella grinned and set out another cage. This one had an earth faerie for 250 gold.

"My name's Silverado." the phoenix said. ~Mine's River Dancer.~ The unicorn added. {And I'm Alexis.} the faerie smiled.

"Im Neeve" said Neeve, shyly. She was a big talker, and she forgot that she had a brother in the cage with her, since it was so busy now, and they had only gotten there a few hours ago. "Ahem, what about me?" asked her brother, standing to his full height. He was twice as large as Neeve, but the same age. "Oh, sorry......keep forgetting....." muttered Neeve. "This is my brother, Neegor" she introduced hm to the others. "Better" he said. The only difference with him was that he was black with yellow spots instead of white with blue spots, which was rare among their kind.

RiverDancer sighed and then looked around. ~Shame I can't just teleport out of here...but the bars are magic proof.~

"Yours are, mine aren't" said Neeve, as she saw another one of her brothers thrown into this cage. This one was exactly like her other brother, Neegor, except his name was Sirius, and Sirius was skinnier than Neegor. Sirius was unconscious, but was OK. "Great, there's another one...wonder how many of my brothers and sisters they'll catch?" she asked, going over to start licking Sirius. Neegor didnt say or do anything, just layed where he was, his eyes darting back from animal to animal. "I just might know a way to get out of here" he said, a smile spreading across his face.

"Oh, well.......it would have to wait until when they feed us, you know, late at night when everyone's gone?" he paused, for a very long time, then said, "we would have to take turns staying up, and alert one another when they come, because we are all asleep when they feed us, am I correct?" he added, smiling, and growing even bigger, he said, "I would stay up in this cage, while Neeve stays with Sirius and comforts him, and I will alert you all when they come, agreed?" he asked.

RiverDancer nodded. Then she cast a shadow spell over the signs so it'd look like they weren't for sale. "I'll remove that when they come to feed us."

"Good idea" said Neeve, who yawned and fell right asleep. Sirius was staring with blank eyes, at everyone. It was dying down a bit now, not as many people were there, and then, when the last person left, he stood up and went to the front of his cage and lay down. "It is time" said Neegor, looking at Sirius with curious eyes.

Sirius fell into a deep sleep almost instantly. Hours passed by, while Neegor kept enchanting himslef every hour. He had just finished enchanting himself for the third time when he heard footsteps. He put his paw quickly through the cages and nudged everyone awake, "Pretend you are asleep!" he said in a quiet tone, as Sirius awoke with a start, then layed quickly back down, as if nothing ahd happened. Neeve opened one eye, nodded, then pretended to go back to sleep.

RiverDancer dipped her head and closed her eyes to appear asleep. The faerie simply floated in her cage, the green glow pulsating evenly. The phoenix yawned and then curled his head under his wing.

The caretaker, a young slave-boy, was carrying the animals their treats. He unlocked the cages, hung the keys on a nearby rack, and took the food out of the buckets, sorting them out. Neegor, still pretending to eb asleep when the boy came, snuck out of his cage, grabbed the keys very silently, and padded back into his cage, hiding them beneath his belly, in the exact same spot where he was before he got up.

The boy left, apparently forgetting the keys because he was so tired, after he was done feeding the animals of course, and stalked off, and in a few minutes time, there could be silent snores being heard from the entrance gate, where the boy slept.

The fairie stirred and then whispered {Shall I use vines to pull the keys to us?}
