Shauni yawned as she emerged from route one, and continued onward to route two. " Geez...This really is a big region," she muttered to herself, snorting in disappointment. It was starting to get darker out, and they'd need to either make camp or find the nearest town soon. She had enough money for lodgings, and she'd rather not sleep on the ground like a wild pokemon.
Phoenix was trotting behind, probably looking for something to maim, and her other pokemon were contained in their pokeballs that were clipped to her belt.

a royal blue, gold, and silver ball rolled into Shauni's path randomly.

Shauni noticed it, and picked it up without haste.
" Wow. For a gal who got herself shanghaied into being an experiment, I'm pretty lucky."
Grinning, she flashed the ball to Phoenix. " Looks like you can have a rest."
Phoenix opened his mouth, about to say something, but decided to go into the ball for a rest. That explosion attack had really taken it out of him. In a flash of crimson light, he vanished into the ball, which Shauni attached to her belt.
" I've already got a great team. Now, time for some thinking...I can so make it to the next town, even if it takes all night."
She narrowed her eyes, determined as she quickened her gait down the route.

you hear a wire snap and a cage drops around you it's fireproof but not of team rockets construction.

" Oh come on, honestly, what now? I was soooo close!"
Sighing, she reached longingly through the bars, as if she could see the town.
"...I'm starting to feel like someone is having a good laugh at my expense."
She kicked at the bar, hurting her foot and swearing as she hopped around, trying to null the pain.
" Alright, whose the wise guy or gal?!"

a floor to the cage rose out of the ground and the cage was trasported to a strange woodland village of Natives, engraved on a statue was the pokemon Mew with strange rings on it.

Shauni looked around, staring at the statue with an arched brow.
" Oh come ON. Is this because I said I was lucky? I didn't mean it! I was only.."
She looked around, feeling a bit paranoid about something. It just didn't seem right to her..not at all.
" HEY! Don't you know who you're dealing with?!"
Oh, -that- would scare them.

what looked like the leader, pointed at Shauni then at the statue which had a very painful looking spike above a table with a hole in it, "You go there," he replied.

Shauni gasped, cringing at the sight. Oh, she knew what it meant alright.
" You people are insane! That mobster of a man Giovanni is a saint compared to you! I hope you all die!"
She spat at the one who had talked to her, desperate to escape. She pulled a pokeball off her waist, and attempted to call out her pokemon, but for some reason, they wouldn't come out.
" What's going on?!"

"Pokeballs not work here," he said as he placed his hand on Shauni's forehead, seeming to freeze her in place as they strapped her to the table, then her movement was restored, "you virgin, you sacrifice, unless HE wishes you spared," the leader replied.

"...If I die, I swear I'll come back and haunt every single one of you, until I make you so insane, you kill yourselves."
She narrowed her eyes, giving quite the insane look herself. Oh, revenge for this would be hers, one way or another! Forget trying to get back at team rocket. If she got out of this alive, oh, she'd spill the secret about this village, their relic, and their mystical powers..
Or maybe she'd just command her pokemon to burn it down. That was, if she got out of here alive. Which, didn't seem to be what was going to happen.

the Spike started to come crashing down but in a black flash a small creature was holding the spike back almost effortlessly, the villagers fell on their faces as they saw who had saved the girl they were goining to Sacrifice.

Shauni looked over at the villagers, noting they seemed to be afraid, and then glance up, seeing the creature that had saved her. She widened her eyes as she realized who it was.
"..You? You saved me?"
She could barely contain her shock.
" I'll thank you as soon as we get out of here.."

the creature Nodded as he twisted his paws and with what seemed as the strength of a machamp tossed it aside, {Free her NOW,} he said Psychically, as the villagers scrambled to do as HE said.

As they freed her, she shoved some of them out of the way, glancing over her shoulder at the one known as Diablo.
" Thanks for saving my life..I owe you."
She frowned as she turned back to the villagers.
" You messed with the wrong woman," she snapped. " Enjoy yourselves now..My vengeance will strike hard and without mercy or warning."
With that, she dashed out back toward the route. Oh, she'd make them all pay eventually. Nobody did that to her and got away with it!

the creature vansihed in a flash leaving the message to never kill an innocent again, and began to silently follow Shauni, he would protect her, no matter what.

" I swear I'll make those cavemen pay," She fumed to herself, glancing at her pokeballs.
" I'll show them what Team Rocket can do..And I'll do it without orders, by myself. I might not be a strong trainer yet, but cheating and surprise attacks, heh..I'll do whatever I want. The laws and ethics no longer apply to me."
She rambled on to herself for several minutes, as she often did when angry.
" At least that Diablo or whatever his name is came in and saved me. I wonder why? I'm obviously not a very good person."

Little did Shauni know what 'Diablo' had seen which was a doublecross on Team rockets part, he would strive to prevent it from happening.

Shauni walked a little slower as day slowly turned into night, and her energy began to wane. She could still see trees as far as the eye could go, and the next town didn't seem to be very close.
" I don't want to camp..I can make it to town and a bed..."
She kept muttering this to herself, pushing onward.

a tree root was rasied a little too high to be stepped over when one is tired, and a campfire could be heard nearby.
